Bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We'll provide all necessary equipment. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please bring relevant documentation.

Standard personal training sessions are 60 minutes. We also offer 30-minute express sessions for those with tight schedules. The initial consultation typically takes 90 minutes to include assessment and goal setting.

Absolutely not! We work with clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are and progress at a pace that's comfortable and safe for you.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! Nutrition is a crucial component of fitness success. We offer comprehensive nutrition coaching including meal planning, macro guidance, and ongoing support. This can be added to any training package or purchased separately.

This depends on your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Most clients see great results with 2-3 sessions per week. During your consultation, we'll discuss the optimal frequency for your specific situation and goals.
